Rashaad Broussard, a 17-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on May 11, 2021, in New Orleans, LA. The incident occurred in the 4200 block of Hamburg Street, where Rashaad and 15-year-old Jaquan Green were both fatally wounded by gunfire. The Orleans Parish coroner's office confirmed that both teenagers died of gunshot wounds.
