Deion Robair, a 16-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 19, 2014, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Deion, affectionately known as "Spanky," was a student at George Washington Carver Collegiate Academy, where he was a member of the football team. He was baptized at Greater New Life Church and was cherished by his family and friends.
