On a Monday afternoon in Eunice, Louisiana, the life of 42-year-old Carl J. Vigers, a male resident of the city, was tragically cut short on March 20, 2023. Vigers was standing outside an apartment complex at the intersection of East Maple Avenue and South Beulah Street when he was struck by gunfire. Emergency services transported him to a local hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal.
