On May 23, 2023, Christopher Jackson, a 35-year-old resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, lost his life due to gun violence. The incident occurred following a physical altercation that Jackson was involved in. According to the Baton Rouge Police Department (BRPD), Jackson got into a fight with another unidentified male around 3:30 p.m. on Wilmot Street and Addiston Street.
