In the late hours of a Thursday night in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of Reginald Millican, a 46-year-old man, was brought to a violent and abrupt end. On March 14, 2024, at approximately 11:13 p.m., officers from the Baton Rouge Police Department were dispatched to the 5400 block of Byron Street, near the intersection of Plank Road and Evangeline Street, following reports of a shooting.
