Tavante Rashard Williamson, a 26-year-old resident of Slidell, Louisiana, died on Sunday, June 25, 2023. He was the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred on the same day.

The investigation into Williamson's death was conducted by Detective Scott O’Shaughnessy of the Slidell Police Department. This investigation led to the indictment of Jamiel Miller, a 25-year-old man also from Slidell, Louisiana.
