In the summer of 2023, the life of 23-year-old Jamarquis L. Jones was tragically cut short in Shreveport, Louisiana. On the evening of Friday, June 30th, Jones was fatally wounded by a shotgun. The incident that led to his death unfolded in the 3300 block of St. Vincent Avenue.

Emergency services were dispatched to the scene following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered Jones suffering from a serious gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to a local hospital for me ...
