On the evening of November 22, 2023, in New Orleans, Louisiana, a young man's life was cut tragically short. Robert Lee Bates, Jr., a 26-year-old male, was discovered in the 7300 block of Newcastle at approximately 9:50 p.m., having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crime.
