On November 24, 2023, 17-year-old Carl Alex O'Neal Jr. was fatally shot in the Little Woods neighborhood of New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 7:09 p.m. in the 7600 block of Vincent Road. Carl was transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
