73-year-old William Manns was tragically shot and killed on September 30, 2022, while driving on Interstate 10 East near the US 90 Business/Slidell exit in New Orleans, LA. The New Orleans Police Department responded to a call of shots fired in the area around 7:57 p.m. When they arrived, they found Manns' vehicle on the shoulder of the interstate with multiple gunshot damages.
