William Manns, a 73-year-old male, was shot and killed on Friday, September 30, 2022, while driving on Interstate 10 in New Orleans. The incident occurred on the I-10 high-rise bridge, a stretch of roadway known for previous shooting incidents. Manns was reportedly driving his work truck when he was struck by gunfire.
