In the early hours of February 15, 2024, a tragic event unfolded in Shreveport, Louisiana, that cut short the life of 20-year-old Jtorryon Karl Williams. Mr. Williams, a male, was at his apartment on South Lakeshore Drive when his life was violently taken from him. The day of his death was also his twentieth birthday.
