In the early morning hours of a Saturday in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a burst of violence shattered the quiet, leaving a man fighting for his life. Reginald Riggs, a 51-year-old male, was discovered at the corner of GSRI and Jasper avenues around 5 a.m. on April 27, 2024, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was rushed to a nearby hospital for medical attention.
