In the early morning hours in a north Baton Rouge neighborhood, a fatal encounter unfolded, leaving a young man dead. The life of 25-year-old Daniel Lewis was cut short by gunfire on a Wednesday at approximately 3:10 a.m. on Pocasset Street. The incident stemmed from arrangements Lewis had made for a massage therapist to come to his home.
