In the late hours of a Tuesday night in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a tragedy unfolded that cut short the life of 29-year-old Roneisha Truvillion. On June 4, 2024, at approximately 10:30 p.m., Truvillion was at the Elysian Apartments on Spanish Town Road when she noticed individuals breaking into her vehicle. Accompanied by a family member, she went outside to confront the perpetrators. This decision, born out of a desire to protect her property, had fatal consequences.
