A 47-year-old man, Richard L. Milton, a resident of New Orleans, Louisiana, lost his life to gun violence on Saturday, August 24, 2024. The fatal shooting occurred in the Hoffman Triangle neighborhood of the city, adding another life to the toll of violent crime in the area. Emergency services responded to the scene, but Milton succumbed to his injuries.
