Henry Ace Glover, a 31-year-old African American resident of New Orleans, Louisiana, was fatally shot on September 2, 2005. The incident occurred in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, a time marked by chaos and devastation. Glover had gone to a strip mall to retrieve some suitcases of loot when he encountered New Orleans Police Department Officer David Warren.
