On a Friday night in Alexandria, Louisiana, the life of 26-year-old Justin May was cut short by gunfire. On September 13, 2024, at approximately 11:09 PM, officers from the Alexandria Police Department were dispatched to the 2900 block of Locust Street following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered May, a Black male, deceased at the scene with what appeared to be a fatal gunshot wound.
