On the night of September 13, 2024, at approximately 11:09 PM, the Alexandria Police Department responded to a reported shooting in the 2900 block of Locust Street in Alexandria, Louisiana. Upon arrival, officers discovered 26-year-old Justin May deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.
