In the small town of Independence, Louisiana, a young life was tragically cut short on Friday, October 4, 2024. Le’Airrah Dupard, an 18-year-old female, was in her apartment on First Street when a stray bullet pierced through her window, striking and killing her.
Authorities were called to the scene just before 9 a.m. regarding an unresponsive person. Upon their arrival, they discovered Le'Airrah deceased from what appeared to be a single gunshot wound.
