On a Tuesday evening, the quiet of a residence on Topsy Road in Lake Charles, Louisiana, was shattered by the events that led to the deaths of two young women. Dahlen Paige Semar, a 23-year-old female, was found deceased on November 12, 2024, in what authorities would later describe as a tragic and violent incident.
