Marcus K. Reid, a 62-year-old man, was tragically killed in Louisville, Kentucky. His life was cut short on April 22, 2023, in the city's Algonquin Park. The circumstances of his death were violent, as he was shot multiple times.

The investigation into the killing led police to a suspect the very next day. Antoine Roach was arrested after he fled from officers while driving Reid's car. The evidence against Roach mounted, painting a grim picture of the events that transpired in the park.
