In the spring of 2023, a shooting incident in Lexington, Kentucky, resulted in the death of 54-year-old Jon Frank. The event unfolded on the evening of Wednesday, May 3, in the 400 block of Elm Street. Law enforcement was dispatched to the scene shortly before 6:30 p.m. following reports of the shooting.
