On August 24, 2023, Kelsey Loretta Moore, a 19-year-old resident of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, died following a shooting incident. The incident occurred in the early morning hours, just before 4 a.m., at the intersection of Country Club Lane and East 21st Street in Hopkinsville.
