In the autumn of 2023, a shooting in Louisville, Kentucky, claimed the life of 17-year-old Nagin Clifford Means. The incident occurred on the afternoon of October 10th in the Taylor Berry neighborhood.

Reports indicate that Means was shot in the 1400 block of Thornberry Avenue, near Taylor Boulevard. Following the shooting, he was transported to UofL Hospital.
