On January 25, 2024, Stephen Odom, a 51-year-old resident of Hardin, Kentucky, was fatally shot. The incident occurred at a home located on West Unity Church Road. Authorities from the Marshall County Sheriff's Office found Odom dead with what appeared to be a gunshot wound.
