On June 21, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Pleasureville, Kentucky, resulting in the deaths of Heather "Beth" Simmons and her daughter Emily Simmons. Beth Simmons, 56 years old, was pronounced deceased at the scene due to gunshot wounds.
