In the early morning hours in the quiet community of Gray, Kentucky, a violent altercation tragically cut short the life of Shelby McIntyre. On April 13, 2023, the 43-year-old woman was at a residence on Dr. Parker Lane when a dispute erupted. During the course of the argument, Brian Smith, a 40-year-old man also from Gray, allegedly brandished a firearm.
