In the late evening hours of Wednesday, August 21, 2024, the life of 41-year-old Shantell N. Potter Sr. was tragically cut short in Louisville, Kentucky. A male, Potter was discovered in Esquire Alley within the Russell neighborhood, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
