Death by Force

On September 3, 2024, at approximately 5:12 p.m., Lexington Police Department officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 2000 block of Cambridge Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered 30-year-old Deonte Louis Logan suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to the University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 5:42 p.m.
