In the early hours of March 15, 2023, a celebration turned into a scene of tragedy at an Embassy Suites hotel near the Portland International Airport. Teonjenique Elizabeth Lashay Hudson Howard, a 24-year-old Black / African American woman affectionately known as "TiTi," was at a birthday party being held in a hotel room.
