On April 22, 2023, at approximately 2:15 a.m., a fatal shooting occurred in the Cully neighborhood of Northeast Portland, Oregon. The victim, identified as 44-year-old William Robert Decker II, was found dead at the scene with a single gunshot wound to the forehead. The medical examiner's office confirmed that his death was a homicide.
