On October 5, 2023, a shooting incident occurred at the Mount Hood Village RV Resort in Welches, Oregon, resulting in the deaths of two individuals. The victims were identified as Matthew Reid Mullin, age 46, and Kimberly Taylor Mullin, age 50, both residents of Welches.
