Death by Force

On the evening of October 5, 2023, in the scenic community of Welches, Oregon, a sense of unease settled over the Mount Hood Village RV Resort. Deputies from the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the resort around 7:45 p.m. following reports of a domestic disturbance.
