Murdered

Austin Brand, a 34-year-old resident of Damascus, Oregon, was fatally shot on the night of December 28, 2023, in Gresham, Oregon. The incident occurred near a US Market store located in the area of Southeast Orient Drive and Anderson Road. Gresham police officers responded to a disturbance call around 10 p.m. and found Brand suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite providing first aid, Brand died at the scene.
