Christopher M. McMillan, a 41-year-old resident of Portland, Oregon, was found dead on February 27, 2024, in the Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood of Southeast Portland. The incident was initially investigated as a suspicious death but was later confirmed to be a homicide by the Portland Police Bureau.
