27 year old Juan Carlos Artiles was found shot to death inside a residence in Portland’s Lents neighborhood in the early morning hours of September 4, 2022. Officers were dispatched just before 5:45 a.m. to the 6000 block of Southeast 90th Avenue, near Southeast Woodstock Boulevard, where they discovered the victim deceased.
