In the quiet, rural landscape of Bly Mountain, Oregon, the afternoon of May 15, 2024, was shattered by a grim discovery. Ted Foltz Tipton, a 53-year-old White/Caucasian male, was found deceased near his pickup truck on Kodiak Lane, a remote road approximately 11 miles north of Bonanza. A report came into Klamath County 911 at 2:06 PM, indicating a deceased male with a gunshot wound.
