In the late hours of July 6, 2024, the life of 25-year-old Donte Eugene Mathis was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting in Portland, Oregon. The incident occurred at 11:48 p.m. in the parking lot of a motel located in the 3600 block of Northeast 82nd Avenue in the Madison South neighborhood.
