On November 9, 2024, Clackamas County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a suspicious circumstance at a residence in the 35000 block of South Ellis Road in unincorporated Clackamas County, south of Molalla, Oregon. Upon arrival, they discovered the body of 70-year-old Michael James McCann, who appeared to have suffered multiple gunshot wounds outside his home.
