In the late hours of April 30, 2023, the life of 52-year-old Alexander Ayala, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short in Springfield, Massachusetts. The evening took a grim turn when police were dispatched to an apartment building in the 200 block of Union Street, responding to a report of shots fired.
