On a Friday afternoon, September 22, 2023, the life of 15-year-old Jason Benson Green, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short in Brockton, Massachusetts. The incident occurred around 3:23 p.m. at a residence on Lynn Road, just a few doors down from his own home. Brockton police responded to a 911 call reporting a person shot in the chest and found Jason with a gunshot wound.
