On January 13, 2018, David J. Carroll, a 42-year-old resident of Brockton, Massachusetts, lost his life in a shooting incident outside Dylan's Pub and Grille, located at 789 Centre Street in Brockton. The incident occurred at approximately 2:02 AM, when Brockton Police received multiple 911 calls reporting a shooting.
