On May 6, 2023, Olivia Katherine Brown, a 24-year-old resident of Carmel, Indiana, was fatally shot in Indianapolis. The incident occurred in the Kennedy-King neighborhood, near the intersection of 21st Street and Central Avenue, although some reports mention the area around East 21st and Ruckle Street.
