In the late morning of August 22, 2023, a distressing discovery was made inside an apartment in Michigan City, Indiana, forever altering the lives of two families. A 911 call reporting an unconscious person led officers to the Normandy Village apartment complex in the 2300 block of Normandy Drive. Upon their arrival at approximately 11:42 a.m., a grim scene awaited them inside one of the units.
