Douglas L. Starr, born on August 25, 1947, passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 76. He was the son of Walter and Pauline Starr. Douglas was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Joyce Starr, and his daughter, Sarah Barnes. He is survived by his son, Nathan Starr; two grandchildren, Colby and Ashlyn Starr; and several nieces and nephews.
