Abril Magdaleno, a 36-year-old woman, was last heard from on January 8, 2010, after being released from a mental health facility in Costa Mesa, California. Abril was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, conditions that complicated her well-being, as she was not taking her prescribed medications. Prior to her disappearance, she had lived in San Fernando, California, and her family became concerned after losing contact with her.
