Death by Force

Fernell Richmond, aged 41, was shot and killed on December 26, 2017, in New Orleans' Central City neighborhood. The incident took place just before midnight in the 3300 block of First Street. Richmond was found inside a home with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
