Ja'Quan Richards, a 41-year-old man from Gary, Indiana, was fatally shot on June 7, 2024. The incident occurred on the 1800 Block of Clark Street in Gary. Richards was taken to Northlake Methodist Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 10:18 p.m. due to multiple gunshot wounds.
