In the early morning hours of July 11, 2024, in the small town of North Liberty, Indiana, a domestic dispute escalated into a fatal encounter. Inside a residence on Stewart Street, 51-year-old David Darrel Dewey, a male, was shot and killed. The St. Joseph County Police Department responded to a distressing call from a woman who reported that her husband had shot her friend before turning the gun on himself.
