In the early evening of September 6, 2024, Kierra Danielle Dotson, a 37-year-old female, was sitting in her parked car in front of her home on Lupine Drive on the west side of Indianapolis. What happened next was a tragically swift and violent act, captured on a home surveillance camera. A red Dodge vehicle pulled up alongside her car, and for a few brief seconds, gunfire erupted before the suspect's vehicle sped away.
