Reina Cristina Ical Seb, a 20-year-old woman, was found shot to death in an alley in the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago on February 22, 2023. Her body was discovered in the 2400-block of South Drake Avenue with a gunshot wound to the head, and her death was subsequently ruled a homicide by the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
