A woman's head is found inside of a bag in a lagoon
Around 10 a.m. on September 23, 2016, a Chicago Park District worker found a bag containing a human head during a routine clean-up at the McKinley Park lagoon at 2210 W. Pershing.
The remains were identified as 20-year-old Quesola Mimms of the 700 block of East 105th Place. There is a $2,000 reward for any information that would lead to an arrest and conviction of the suspect who did this to Mimms.
